What we process and why
The details you send through the form (name, email, phone, dates, guests and message) are used only to answer your quote request and, if you book, to manage the rental contract, the deposit and legal obligations (guest registration, invoicing). Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and performance of the contract; legal obligations.
Recipients
The form is delivered via Web3Forms (a form-delivery service) to our mailbox (Google Workspace / Gmail). We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law.
Retention
Requests that do not lead to a booking are kept for 12 months. Contract data is kept for as long as tax and rental regulations require.
Your rights
You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing and request portability by writing to reservas@villapinyes.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. The embedded Google Map and Google Fonts may set cookies or log your IP under their own policies.
